Montgomery College is seeking a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner for the Level III NICU at Saint Francis Healthcare System. The role involves delivering specialized care and collaborating with a dedicated healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of neonatal nursing experience, a degree from an approved Advanced Practice Registered Nurse program, and necessary certifications.

Under the direction of the Manager, Director, and Vice President of Nursing, the Neonatal Nurse Practitioner delivers specialty care with a high degree of expertise in perinatal and neonatal health by formulating a plan based on assessment, examination, and selected diagnostic procedures within their scope of practice. Provides leadership for the health care team by collaborating with physicians, nursing, case manager, and multi-disciplinary team members to ensure high quality, comprehensive care is delivered. Has a collaborative practice agreement with the Neonatologist.
