Provides leadership for the health care team by collaborating with physicians, nursing, case manager, and multi-disciplinary team members to ensure high quality, comprehensive care is delivered. Has a collaborative practice agreement with the Neonatologist.**JOB DETAILS AND REQUIREMENTS**Saint Francis Healthcare System is seeking a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic team to support the region’s largest Level III NICU between Memphis and St. Louis.**Position Details:*** Join a group of 3 board-certified, fellowship-trained neonatologists and 5 Neonatal Nurse Practitioners* 36 bed NICU. 306 bed Medical Center, 18 LDPR rooms.* Our team supports a busy, high-volume, high-quality OB service of more than 1500 births annually.* NEC: 0% and ROP: 0%* Supported by the area’s only full-time perinatology service and expert staff of nurses, respiratory therapists, and other specialists trained to detect and avert problems associated with high-risk pregnancies and deliveries.* Schedule will be roughly 1, 24-hour shift (0700 - 0700) per week (total of 4 shifts/month)**Education:**- Graduate of an approved Advanced Practice Registered Nurse Program for Neonatal Nurses**Certification & Licensures:**- Credentialed and licensed to practice as an Advanced Practice Neonatal Nurse in the State of Missouri- NRP Certification- BLS Certification**Experience:**- Requires a minimum of two (2) years' experience in neonatal nursing- Must have strong organizational and interpersonal skills- Must be able to read, write and speak in fluent English**ADDITIONAL INFORMATION****Why Work at Saint Francis?**Saint Francis Healthcare System began in 1875 when three courageous Franciscan Sisters answered a call to care for those in need.
