Job summary

Pediatrix is looking for dedicated Neonatal Nurse Practitioners (NNP) for per diem positions at our practice in Kansas City, Missouri. This role offers flexibility with available 24-hour and 12-hour in-house shifts. Ideal candidates will hold a Master’s Degree, have an APRN National Specialty Certification, and possess at least 1 year of experience.

Pediatrix provides coverage for travel expenses for staff who live outside a commutable distance. Malpractice insurance and an Employee Assistance Program are included, while other benefits such as PTO and holiday pay are not eligible.

Summary

Per diem positions for Neonatal Nurse Practitioners (NNP) at Kansas City, MO practice. Available 24‑hour and 12‑hour in‑house shifts.

Locations

The system includes three locations: St.Luke's Hospital of Kansas City, St.Luke's East Lees Summit, and St.Luke's North. NICU capacities are 49‑bed Level‑IIIB, 15‑bed Level‑IIIA, one Level‑II NICU, plus well‑baby coverage.

Requirements

• Current APRN National Specialty Certification
• Minimum of a Master’s Degree
• Minimum of 1 year of experience
• Active Missouri license or Compact eligible (preferred)
