Job summary

MPLT Healthcare seeks a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner for locum-to-perm opportunities in Indianapolis, IN. You will cover a Level III NICU with 24/7 in-house neonatology support, daytime NNP coverage, and a collaborative care model with neonatologists, nursing, respiratory therapy, OB and pediatrics.

The role offers flexible scheduling, approximately 10-hour shifts, weekly pay, and support with credentialing and housing/travel. Exact shift times and shift counts are client-confirmed.

Qualifications

• Neonatal NP with NICU experience.
• Ability to work in a Level III NICU.
• Strong collaboration with Neonatology and nursing teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide daytime NNP coverage in a Level III NICU.
• Coordinate care with Neonatologists, RN staff, RT, OB and pediatrics.
• Maintain 24/7 in-house Neonatology support coverage as needed.
• Work within a collaborative neonatal care model.
