Penn State Health - Golisano Children's Hospital and Milton S. Hershey Medical Center is seeking a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) to join our Neonatal-Perinatal team—the only Level IV NICU in central Pennsylvania.

The NNP will provide advanced, evidence-based, family-centered care, collaborating with neonatologists, fellows, residents, nurses, and specialty staff. This role offers autonomy, mentorship, and 24/7 in-house coverage to ensure seamless care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in nursing from an accredited Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) program
• National certification as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP-BC)
• Current Pennsylvania RN and CRNP licensure (or eligible)
• Minimum of two (2) years RN experience in a high-acuity NICU
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced, evidence-based, family-centered care.
• Collaborate with attending neonatologists, fellows, residents, nurses, and specialty staff.
• Demonstrate autonomy with opportunities for mentorship and education.
• Participate in 24/7 in-house coverage to ensure seamless care.
