Penn State Health’s Golisano Children’s Hospital and Milton S. Hershey Medical Center seek a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner – Critical Care Intensivist for their Level IV NICU in central Pennsylvania.

You’ll join a multidisciplinary team delivering advanced neonatal care to the most vulnerable newborns. The role emphasizes autonomy, education, and collaboration with neonatologists, fellows, residents, and therapists, with a focus on improving outcomes and family-centered care in a high-acuity

Competenze

• Master's degree required with 1 year CRNP experience in applicable specialty.
• Current PA CRNP licensure required.
• National certification as an advanced practice nurse required.

Mansioni

• Provide comprehensive, evidence-based care for critically ill neonates with clinical judgment and collaboration.
• Demonstrate autonomy within the collaborative agreement and develop under mentorship.
• Educate and mentor nurses, students, and residents; participate in 24/7 in-house coverage.
