Job summary

Penn State Health Lancaster Medical Center Neonatology team is seeking an experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) to join our collaborative and dedicated team.

This position offers the opportunity to practice in a Level II NICU with additional responsibilities in the well-baby nursery and delivery room. A backup neonatologist is available overnight for consultation to ensure strong clinical support at all times.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Neonatal NP program is required.
• NNP-BC national certification is required.
• Current Pennsylvania RN and CRNP licensure (or eligible) is required.
• Minimum of two (2) years of RN experience.
• BLS and NRP certification are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality neonatal care in an inpatient setting.
• Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests and prescribe medications within scope.
• Collaborate with attending physicians, peers, and healthcare team for patient care.
