Qualifications

• Clinical Master's Degree in Nursing or DNP, or Masters in Physician Assistant Studies.
• Current FL State Licensure as an APRN or PA.
• Current BLS and PALS (NRP in lieu of PALS if NNP).
• Current National Certification as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner or PA.
• 1 year of NICU experience as an NNP or PA; or NICU RN experience if New Grad.

Responsibilities

• Clinical management of the high risk neonate and infant.
• Educational responsibilities and administrative duties.
• Consulting and initiating/implementing research.
• Collaboration with medical, nursing and support services to provide family centered care.
• Active participation in continued education and professional development.
