Johns Hopkins Health System in Florida (Venice) is seeking a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our NICU team. This full-time, 40-hour position requires expertise in high-risk neonates, family-centered care, and collaboration with physicians, nurses, and support services to improve outcomes.

The ideal candidate holds a Florida APRN or PA license, a clinical master's or DNP/PA degree, current BLS and PALS, and at least three years in a Level III NICU.

Qualifications

• Clinical Master's Degree in Nursing or DNP, Masters in PA Studies.
• Current Florida Licensure as APRN or PA.
• Current BLS and PALS; NRP in lieu of PALS if NNP.
• Current FL RN/ARNP or PA licensure.
• Current National Certification as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner or a PA.
• Requires 3 years of Level III+ NICU experience as an APP.

Responsibilities

• Advanced clinical management of high-risk neonates and infants.
• Educational responsibilities, administrative duties, consulting, and research.
• Collaborate with medical, nursing and support services for family-centered care.
• Maintain ongoing professional development and education.
