Qualifications

• Manage a manageable census of patients.
• Provide independent care for the newborn service.

Exciting Full-Time Opportunity for Neonatal Nurse Practitioners at FirstHealth of the Carolinas!

We’re thrilled to offer an immediate full‑time opportunity for an experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) to join our growing Level II–III NICU team at FirstHealth Moore Regional Hospital, located in the resort community of Pinehurst, NC.

Our Level III NICU features 13 beds and over 3,000 deliveries annually, with 225 NICU admissions per year. You’ll step into a role where your expertise makes an immediate impact, supported by a collaborative team of neonatologists, OB hospitalists, and MFM specialists.

Flexible Scheduling

Choose the lifestyle that fits you best with 12 or 24‑hour shifts.

Collaborative Team Model

Work alongside 1 neonatologist and 1 NNP per shift with a manageable census.

Requirements

• NNP‑BC certification and state licensure.
