New Hampshire Nurse Practitioner Association is excited to offer a full-time opportunity for an experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) at FirstHealth of the Carolinas, located in Pinehurst, NC. Qualifications

NNP‑BC certification and state licensure are required.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a Level III/IV NICU is necessary.
Candidates should be calm under pressure with a strong team-first mindset.

Responsibilities

Join a collaborative team model working alongside neonatologists.
Manage a manageable census of patients.
Provide independent care for the newborn service.

Skills

NNP‑BC certification

Minimum 3 years of NNP experience in Level III/IV NICU

Strong communication skills

Ability to practice independently
