Pediatrix Medical Group in Wellington, FL, is seeking an experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join our Level III NICU team at Wellington Regional Medical Center. The role features 12-hour shifts with rotating weekends, and collaboration with neonatologists and hospitalists to provide high-quality care.

You will care for term and late preterm infants, assist with high-risk deliveries, and participate in a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Current APRN national certification as an NNP is required.
• Minimum of a Master’s degree is required.

Neonatal Nurse Practitioner- Palm Beach County, Florida - 12-hour Shifts

Pediatrix® Medical Group is seeking an experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic team at Wellington Regional Medical Center. Your Role at a Glance

• NNP NICU Schedule: 12-hour shifts, rotating weekends
• Staffing Model: Neonatologists providing 24/7 in-house coverage, Neonatal Hospitalists and NNPs providing daytime NICU and Newborn Nursery coverage
• Responsibilities: Care for full-term and late preterm infants in the newborn nursery, attend high-risk deliveries, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based care
