Pediatrix is seeking a dedicated Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) to join our innovative team at HCA Houston Healthcare Kingwood Hospital in Kingwood, West Virginia. This role provides an excellent opportunity for both experienced NNPs and exceptional new graduates.

The position supports a collaborative working environment and includes responsibilities in a Level III NICU, which offers 24/7 NNP coverage. is seeking an outstanding NNP to join our growing practice at

HCA Houston Healthcare Kingwood Hospital

Responsibilities

We are looking for an NNP who want to be a part of a stable, collaborative and cohesive group of NNPs and Neonatologists. Exceptional new graduates will be considered!

• 24 bed Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) with an average daily census of 13 babies
• Over 1,900 deliveries per year; 300 NICU admissions per year
• A positive and collaborative environment is facilitated by a very supportive relationship between physicians and APRNs.
• 24/7 NNP coverage with on‑call neonatologist at night.
• Flexible, 24‑48‑hour shifts support an excellent work‑life balance.
• Our physicians and APRNs use a multidisciplinary team approach in managing clinical care.
• Leadership, policy development, mentoring, education, and quality improvement opportunities.
