Job summary

Pediatrix Medical Group in Jacksonville, FL seeks an experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioner for a full‑time role with a mix of 16–24‑hour shifts. You will care for newborns in Level II NICUs and normal nurseries and attend deliveries (no transport).

You’ll be part of a four-hospital system with a strong team of neonatologists, a pediatrician and APs. The position offers autonomy with on‑call coverage; inquire about tuition reimbursement and relocation support.

Qualifications

• Current APRN national specialty certification as an NNP.
• Minimum of a master’s degree.
• Minimum of 1 year of NICU experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide care in Level II NICUs and normal newborn nurseries.
• Attend deliveries (no transport responsibilities).
• Work with a team of 6 neonatologists, 1 pediatrician, and 16 advanced practice providers.
• Offer autonomy with in-house and on-call neonatologist coverage.

Position Highlights

• Full-time NNP role with a mix of 16–24‑hour shifts for optimal work–life balance
