Job summary

Driscoll Health Plan seeks an experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) Manager to supervise and direct the NNPs and programs across Driscoll Children’s Health and affiliated units. You will coordinate staffing and clinical services to assure high-quality neonatal care and support the NRSP program.

Qualifications

• Texas RN licensure and current registration
• MSN required
• Certification in area of specialty preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee neonatal units and coordinate delivery of patient care for assigned areas on a 24-hour basis.
• Ensure compliance with clinical patient care standards and hospital policies.
• Coordinate development and evaluation of policies to improve operational efficiency; ensure documentation is complete and accurate.
