Qualifications

• BLS Provider within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date.
• Registered Nurse credential from Wisconsin Board of Nursing before hire or valid multi-state license.

Responsibilities

• Document the patient care journey with meticulous detail and communicate updates to the interdisciplinary team.
