Ascension is seeking a NICU-focused Nurse Practitioner and Registered Nurse in Racine, WI to join a Level III NICU team. The role involves caring for premature and critically ill newborns, educating families, and coordinating with neonatologists and APPs.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing required.
• Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing required prior to hire.
• RN credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing required prior to hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized, comprehensive care for premature and critically ill newborns.
• Support and educate families.
• Partner with nursing staff to develop individualized patient care plans.
• Delivery room support during deliveries as needed.
• Care coordination with neonatologists and APPs.
• Collaborate with NICU team to ensure high-quality, coordinated patient care.
