Responsibilities

• Provides comprehensive neonatal respiratory care, including intubation and ventilator management.
• Evaluates patients and creates individualized care plans; monitors conditions and treatments.
• Collaborates with providers and nursing staff; educates families on care and resources.
• Attends NICU and Transport Team rounds for high-risk deliveries and critical neonates.
