Penn State Health - Hershey Medical Center in Hershey, PA is seeking a NICU Pediatrician to provide comprehensive neonatal care in the Level IV NICU at Penn State Health Golisano Children’s Hospital. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care to neonatal patients and ensure accurate documentation.

The role includes on-call rotation for continuous coverage, involvement in quality improvement initiatives, and participation in medical staff committees.

Qualifications

• BC/BE in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine.
• MD, DO, or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to acquire a license to practice in Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive pediatric care with a primary focus on serving the NICU at Penn State Health Golisano Children’s Hospital in Hershey.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to neonatal patients while ensuring accurate clinical documentation and effective communication across the continuum of care.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to provide continuous patient coverage.
• Support quality improvement initiatives and contribute to medical staff committees as appropriate.
• Emphasize patient and family education, strong clinical judgment, and positive relationships with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
