Job summary

Penn State Health Milton Hershey Medical Center in Hershey, PA invites an experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join our Neonatal-Perinatal team and care for a diverse, high-acuity neonatal population in a Level IV NICU.

The NNP will collaborate with neonatologists and staff, provide autonomous, evidence-based care, and participate in 24/7 in-house coverage to ensure seamless care for fragile newborns and their families.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in nursing from an accredited Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) program.
• National certification as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP-BC)
• Current Pennsylvania RN and CRNP licensure (or eligible)
• Minimum of two (2) years RN experience in a high-acuity NICU
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced, evidence-based, family-centered care in a Level IV NICU, collaborating with attending neonatologists, fellows, residents, nurses, and specialty staff.
• This role offers autonomy, mentorship opportunities, and 24/7 in-house coverage to ensure seamless care.

Education
