Responsibilities

• Deliver NICU care within defined APP scope and privileges.
• Meet 1.0 FTE with 137 annual direct patient care shifts and 13-hour shift-based scheduling.
• Participate in scheduling, including weekends and holidays per contract.
• Support patient admissions, consultations, deliveries, neonatal resuscitation, transport coordination and cross-coverage.
• Attend high-risk deliveries and neonatal resuscitations; manage NICU patients.
