BAS HealthCare is seeking a full-time Neonatal Nurse Practitioner in Portland, Oregon. This position involves providing comprehensive neonatal care services across two teaching hospitals, managing 10-22 patient encounters per shift, and working collaboratively with a team of 13 NNPs.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a high-volume delivery room and must possess an Oregon license or be willing to obtain one. Competitive hourly rates and malpractice coverage included.

Qualifications

• Experience with high-volume delivery room preferred.
• Ability to provide clinical management of high-risk neonates.
• Autonomy in ordering, performing, and interpreting diagnostic tests.

Responsibilities

• Manage 10-22 patient encounters per shift depending on location.
• Work collaboratively with medical, nursing, and support services.
• Attend deliveries and perform all procedures.
