Job summary

The University of Louisville is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Neonatologist to join the Division of Neonatal Medicine. The role supports care at Norton Children’s Hospital and a network of satellite hospitals, including a Level 4 NICU.

In addition to clinical duties, candidates will teach medical students and pediatric trainees, and participate in the University of Louisville faculty with strong subspecialist support and a team approach to complex cases.

Qualifications

• Board-certified/eligible neonatologist.
• Experience teaching medical students and pediatric trainees.
• Familiar with level 4 NICU operations and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert neonatal care at Norton Children’s Hospital and affiliated sites.
• Teach and mentor medical students, residents and fellows.
