The University of Louisville School of Medicine, in affiliation with Norton Children's Hospital, is seeking an experienced physician leader to serve as Division Chief of Neonatology. The Division oversees 9 NICUs across Kentucky and Southern Indiana with 70+ providers and is positioned to expand its nationally prominent academic clinical care model.

Leadership will drive clinical, educational, and research growth, mentor junior faculty, and contribute to the development of a new Pediatric

Qualificações

• Experienced physician leader with academic orientation.
• Division Chief role focused on Neonatology.
• Lead mentorship of junior faculty and division growth.

Responsabilidades

• Advance the program through growth strategies across clinical, educational, and research programs.
• Provide mentorship to junior faculty and expand the division to meet clinical access needs.
• Collaborate with Department leadership on developing the Pediatric Academic Healthcare Campus.
• Raise the division's national profile to be a premiere institute regionally and nationally.
