Job summary
The Hospital of Central Connecticut in New Britain, CT, seeks a Registered Nurse to join the NICU in the Family Birth Place. You will deliver evidence-based nursing care for newborns and collaborate with neonatologists, pediatricians, and support staff to ensure safety and family-centered care.

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Associate's degree in Nursing.
- Successful completion of nurse residency, if applicable.
- One year of RN experience with a minimum of 1000 hours of clinical experience.
- RN licensure in CT and BLS certification.
Responsibilities
- Develop a plan of care for a complex, multi-varianced patient population.
- Provide care for a full patient assignment in NICU and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.
- Apply evidence-based nursing practices in accordance with the State Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies.
- Support patient and family education and discharge planning.
