Job summary

Regional One Health in Memphis, TN is seeking a Neonatal ICU RN for night shift on a twelve-week float pool assignment. This PRN role requires delivering professional nursing care to neonates within the unit, following medical regimens and established standards.

The RN will assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care, document findings, collaborate with physicians and families, and supervise LPNs and support staff as needed while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• RN with state licensure and recent neonatal nursing experience.
• Graduate of an approved nursing program.
• Minimum 2 years RN experience.
• CPR/BLS certification upon hire.
• Ability to work night shift in a PRN float pool.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care to neonatal patients per medical regime and unit standards.
• Perform assessments, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Document care, nursing diagnoses and patient progress.
• Collaborate with physicians, families and other staff on patient care.
• Supervise LPN and support staff on the unit.
