Job summary

Responsibilities

• Compiles database and formulates nursing diagnoses.
• Plans and updates written nursing care plans with clinical and psychosocial principles.
• Performs clinical nursing skills and administers medications and IV therapy.
• Coordinates patient care with family and health team members.
• Documents and communicates patient status to physicians and nurses.
