Qualifications

• Graduate of Accredited School of Nursing; BSN preferred.
• Current Nevada RN license.
• Active BLS certification.
• NRP certification required.
• Minimum 1 year NICU experience in an acute care facility.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate safe, efficient, and therapeutic nursing care for NICU patients.
• Participate in strategic planning, service delivery, program evaluation, and resource management.
• Support patient safety initiatives and quality improvement activities.
• Possibly serve as Charge RN during assigned times while providing direct patient care.
• Maintain current competency and apply Standards of Care and Practice.
• Assess developmental data and tailor care to patient age requirements.
