Sunrise Hospital & Medical Center in Las Vegas is seeking a Director of Neonatal ICU to lead the 72-bed NICU, oversee day-to-day clinical operations, and drive quality and patient care outcomes.

You will partner with the Medical Director of the NICU to implement perinatal measures and work with the COO and leadership team on service line growth and strategic planning for Women and Children’s Services.

Qualifikationen

• Masters in Nursing, Healthcare Administration or Business Administration required; BSN required.
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Nevada.
• Five years recent leadership experience in NICUs required; three years experience in maternal services preferred.

Aufgaben

• Oversee overall nursing and administrative leadership of the Hospital’s 72-bed NICU and direct day-to-day clinical operations.
• Hold neonatal line accountable for standards of patient care and performance; implement NICU/neonatal measures with Medical Director.
• Directly manage and supervise the NICU and drive perinatal initiatives in Sunrise Children’s Hospital.
• Participate in strategic planning for service line growth with the COO and Director of Physician Services for Women and Children’s Services.
