Banner Staffing Services NICU in Colorado is seeking an experienced RN for day shift coverage. You will care for newborns in a collaborative, high-satisfaction environment with a focus on quality nursing practice.

Requirements include an active RN license and NICU experience within the last year, plus NRP certification. Per diem opportunities available; full-time shifts offer competitive wages and benefits where applicable.

Qualifications

• Must possess an RN license in state of practice.
• Experience in Acute NICU setting within the last 12 months preferred.
• Current Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and plan nursing care per policy and standards.
• Develop a comprehensive plan of care in collaboration with the care team.
• Deliver direct patient care and supervise activities of the health care team.
• Evaluate patient and family response and adjust care as needed.
• Document care accurately in the patient record and communicate status to caregivers.
• Participate in ongoing quality improvement and mentoring of staff.
