Black Women's Mental Health Institute is seeking an experienced Neonatal ICU Registered Nurse Level IV to provide expert care for critically ill newborns in a high-acuity Level IV NICU in Frisco, TX.

You will collaborate with neonatologists and a multidisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans, perform advanced monitoring, and support families through education and involvement in decision-making. Commitment to safety, infection control, and continuous learning is essential.

Qualifications

• RN licensure with neonatal/critical care experience.
• Strong clinical assessment and technical skills.
