Qualificações

• Graduate nursing program with RN license; BSN may be required within five years.
• One year of RN experience.
• Current RN license by applicable state requirements.
• BLS certification is required.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including days/evenings/nights/weekends and on-call.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate nursing care, patient/family education and transitions of care.
• Participate in Mayo Clinic Nursing Professional Practice Model activities and leadership roles.
• Mentor through preceptor role and collaborative teamwork.
• Contribute to quality improvement efforts and patient safety initiatives.
• May be required to drive personal vehicle as part of the role.
