You will conduct assessments, develop individualized care plans, and deliver direct patient care including medications while evaluating intervention effectiveness.

You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, troubleshoot equipment, engage in evidence-based practice, and contribute to quality and safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing.
• Ability to work in a clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct newborn assessments and coordinate individualized care plans.
• Deliver direct patient care including treatments and medications.
• Evaluate intervention effectiveness and participate in quality/safety initiatives.
