Job summary

Penn State Health - Hershey Medical Center is seeking a Physician Assistant to join our Neonatal-Perinatal team, the only Level IV NICU in central Pennsylvania. The PA will work with attending neonatologists and a multidisciplinary team to deliver advanced, family-centered care.

This role offers autonomy, mentorship opportunities, and participation in 24/7 in-house coverage to ensure seamless patient care, serving a diverse and complex neonatal population including prematurity and congenital

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program.
• National board certification.
• Current Pennsylvania Physician Assistant license (or eligible).
• Completion of a NICU fellowship (Level III or IV).
• BLS and NRP certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced, evidence-based, family-centered neonatal care.
• Collaborate with neonatologists, fellows, residents, nurses and staff.
• Offer autonomy with mentorship opportunities and participate in 24/7 in-house coverage.
