Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Iowa RN licensure (or compact licensure)
• BLS for Healthcare Providers valid within 6 weeks of hire
• Mandatory Reporter training within 3 months of hire
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor neonates, initiate and adjust care plans
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team
• Provide family-centered care and education to guardians
• Ensure safety and comfort during procedures and routine care
• Maintain accurate documentation and handoffs at each transition
