Job summary

MercyOne Health System is hiring a NICU Registered Nurse for the Waterloo Birth Center’s Level III NICU. You will provide specialized, evidence-based care to critically ill and premature newborns and coordinate the NICU nursing team in a family-centered environment.

The role requires an Associate degree (BSN preferred) and an Iowa RN license with BLS, NRP, and ALCS. Night shifts run 3pm–3am, and MercyOne offers competitive compensation and a full benefits package.
