Job summary

Children’s Minnesota in Minneapolis is seeking a registered nurse to join our neonatal float team. You will provide family-centered nursing care to infants and children, using the nursing process in collaboration with the health team.

The role supports Special Care Nursery, Infant Care Center and NICU units, with potential unit rotation and ongoing professional growth. MN RN licensure and BLS required; NRP preferred or obtained during orientation.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Minnesota RN licensure.
• Current BLS certification.
• One year nursing experience in a hospital setting; pediatric experience preferred.
• NRP certification required or obtained during orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide family-centered nursing care to infants, children and adolescents.
• Utilize the nursing process and collaborate with the health team for patient care.
• Support care across Special Care Nursery, Infant Care Center and NICU units.
