Responsibilities

• Inventories and picks up daily supplies for formula room.
• Dispenses special products and discharges feeding supplies as requested.
• Makes formula and tube feedings changes as requested.
• Handles and delivers donor milk per provider orders.
• Enters patient charges in appropriate computer system.
• Calculates feeding product daily needs from provider order.
• Maintains meticulous sanitation in the formula room.
• Orders formula products from approved vendors based on established par levels.
