Job summary

Children’s Colorado is seeking a Neonatal Advanced Practice Provider Lead to supervise a defined group of APPs at CHCO and partner sites. You will model expert clinical practice, drive safe, high-quality care, and lead staffing, workflow optimization, and real-time problem solving to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications

• Degrees: BSN and MSN/NNP or BA/BS with MS-PA.
• Two years in an APP role; Level IV NICU preferred.
• BLS/CPR, NRP, PALS; RN/APRN or CO PA; Prescriptive Authority; APP board.

Responsibilities

• Leads team members in providing direct patient care and promotes professional standards.
• Partners with a multidisciplinary team to meet clinical needs and improve care.
• Provides oversight of schedules, workflows, and staffing resources.
• Resolves operational issues and analyzes data to optimize care and efficiency.
• Onboards, trains, and mentors team members; supports performance development.
