Job summary

The role requires state licensure as an NP/PA in West Virginia, a Master’s degree in nursing, and neonatal certifications such as BLS with potential NRP/ALS training.

Qualifications

• Experience in neonatal ICU, pediatric, or acute care settings is preferred.
• Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant certification and licensure eligibility in West Virginia.
• American Heart Association Neonatal BLS Certification required with possible ALS training.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive neonatal patient care and education to families.
• Perform rounds, evaluations, orders, and procedures per clinical guidelines.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth transition from hospital to outpatient care.
