Job summary

Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center is seeking an Advanced Practice Manager for Neonatology in Boston, MA. This on-site role combines clinical care with administrative leadership of the NICU APP team, totaling 40 hours per week with a rotating schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

You will maintain an active NICU practice while guiding staffing, program operations, and quality initiatives to deliver high-quality, family-centered neonatal care.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years related work experience required
• 1–3 years supervisory/management experience required
• Eight years of NP experience with highly acute patients in medicine/surgical service required

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative leadership for NICU APP team.
• Oversee day-to-day staff management, scheduling, and quality initiatives.
• Maintain an active clinical practice in the NICU.
• Lead rounds and coordinate care plans across the team.
• Develop and implement clinical pathways, guidelines, and protocols.
• Manage department budget and resources.
