• Performs diagnostic and therapeutic procedures per guidelines.
• Acts as clinical expert for policies, procedures, documentation and skills.
• Educates and develops staff members.
• Engages in quality improvement and data auditing.
• Leverages informatics to optimize outcomes.
• Supports division goals and hospital strategy.
