Nationwide Children’s Hospital in Columbus, OH, is seeking experienced NICU Advanced Practice Providers (NNP-ACs and PAs) for Level IV surgical NICU, and Level 2-3 community NICUs across the metro area. 1.0 FTE, 40 hours/week, benefits eligible with sign-on and relocation bonuses.

Qualifikationen

• Master of Science degree or equivalent provision is required.
• Licensed as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA) in Ohio is required.
• Maintains national certification as APRN in the appropriate population focus or PA is required.

• Assess patients and/or populations; develop, implement and evaluate plans of care.
• Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures per guidelines and standards.
• Serve as clinical expert for policies, procedures, and documentation; support staff development.
• Engage in quality improvement and data collection activities.
• Utilize technology and informatics to optimize healthcare outcomes.
