Job summary

Nationwide Children’s Hospital is looking for an Advanced Practice Provider to join the Neonatal Network on a 1.0 FTE basis at the hospital's main campus in Ohio. A sign-on bonus is available and benefits are eligible. NICU experience and OH APRN/PA licensure are required, with national APRN or PA certification maintained.

The role provides accountable, high-quality neonatal care, education, and leadership within the care team, aligned with the hospital's mission and strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Master of Science degree or equivalent provision, required.
• Licensure as an APRN or PA in the state of Ohio, required.
• National certification as APRN or PA maintained, required.

Responsibilities

• Assesses and plans patient care; documents and communicates clearly.
• Performs diagnostic and therapeutic procedures per guidelines.
• Acts as clinical expert for policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Educates and develops staff; participates in quality improvement.
• Leverages technology to optimize healthcare outcomes.
