Job summary

MTM, Inc. is hiring Drivers in Mohave County to provide safe, reliable transportation for community members. Training classes start weekly; the role offers a starting hourly rate of $16.00, paid onsite training in Phoenix, and a benefits package including medical, dental, and vision.

The position includes paid training, overtime pay, holidays, PTO, a 401(k) with match, and growth opportunities. Responsibilities include helping passengers in and out of the vehicle, assisting with mobility

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must be 25 years of age or older.
• Valid Arizona Driver's license.
• Minimum of 5 years driving history.
• No pending charges.
• No felony convictions in past 7 years.
• No DUI/DWI convictions.
• Must pass criminal background check & motor vehicle record.
• Must pass a DOT physical if over 65 including pre-employment drug screening.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and reliable transportation.
• Demonstrate defensive driving and customer service.
• Assist with passenger loading and unloading from vehicle.
• Assist with mobility devices and securement as required.
• Ensure on-time pickup and drop-off for customers.
• Complete vehicle pre-trip and post-trip inspections and related paperwork.
