Job summary

MTM, Inc in Apache County, AZ is hiring Drivers to provide safe, reliable transportation for non-emergency medical trips. You will assist passengers with loading/unloading and mobility devices, while ensuring on-time pickups and courteous service.

Training classes start weekly; starting hourly rate is $16.00, with on-site paid training in Phoenix. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision, plus 401(k) with company match and paid holidays/PTO.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Must be 25 years of age or older.
• Valid Arizona driver's license.
• Minimum of 5 years driving history.
• No pending charges; no felony convictions in past 7 years; no DUI/DWI convictions.
• Must pass criminal background check and motor vehicle record; DOT physical if over 65.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and reliable transportation.
• Demonstrate excellent defensive driving and customer service.
• Assist with passenger loading/unloading and mobility devices as required.
• Ensure on-time pick-up and drop-off of passengers.
• Complete vehicle pre-trip and post-trip inspections and required paperwork.
• Operate tablets or other electronic devices as required.
