Job summary

MTM is seeking Drivers in Navajo County to provide safe, courteous transportation for non-emergency medical riders. Training classes start weekly, with a starting hourly rate of $16.00 and paid onsite training in Phoenix.

You’ll take a company vehicle, enjoy medical/dental/vision benefits, paid holidays and PTO, a 401(k) match, and opportunities for growth. Applicants must be 25+, hold a valid AZ license, have at least five years driving history, pass background checks and a DOT screen if

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid Arizona driver’s license; 25+ age; 5 years driving history; clean record.
• DOT physical if over 65; pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, reliable non-emergency transportation.
• Deliver excellent customer service to riders.
• Assist with passenger loading and unloading.
• Assist with mobility devices and securement as required.
• Ensure on-time pickup and drop-off.
• Complete pre-trip, post-trip, and DVIs; document paperwork.
• Use tablets or electronic devices for records.
