Job summary

MTM/AAA is seeking Drivers to join our Mohave County team. You will provide safe, reliable non-emergency transportation and assist with passenger loading, mobility devices, and on-time pickups. Training classes start weekly and are conducted onsite in Phoenix.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 25 years of age or older.
• Valid Arizona driver’s license.
• Minimum of 5 years driving history.
• No pending charges or felonies in past 7 years.
• No DUI/DWI convictions.
• Must pass criminal background check and motor vehicle record.
• Must pass a DOT physical if over age 65 and pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and reliable transportation.
• Demonstrate excellent defensive driving skills.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist with passenger loading and unloading from vehicle.
• Assist with mobility device securement as required for safety protocols.
• Ensure on-time pick-up and drop-off of customers.
• Show understanding and sensitivity to needs of older adults and individuals with disabilities.
• Complete routine vehicle pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Complete paperwork as required.
• Utilize tablets or electronic devices as required.
