Job summary

Lynx Boardman is seeking a dependable NEMT Driver for a full-time day shift to transport patients to medical appointments and healthcare facilities in a safe, courteous, and professional manner. You will follow routes and schedules, assist passengers with entering/exiting the vehicle, and help with mobility devices, while maintaining punctual pickups.

A valid driver's license with a clean driving record, good communication, and flexible availability (weekends/holidays) are required; NEMT

Responsibilities

  • Safely transport patients to medical appointments and healthcare facilities.
  • Provide courteous, respectful, and compassionate service to every passenger.
  • Assist passengers with entering and exiting the vehicle when needed.
  • Assist passengers with mobility devices according to training and company procedures.
  • Follow assigned routes and schedules while maintaining punctual pickup and drop-off times.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch, facility staff, patients, caregivers, and family members.
  • Complete required trip, mileage, and transportation documentation accurately.
  • Perform required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe vehicle.
  • Report vehicle maintenance needs, safety concerns, incidents, or accidents promptly.
  • Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and applicable transportation regulations.
  • Protect patient privacy and maintain confidentiality.
  • Remain professional and patient when dealing with passengers who may have special needs.
  • Ensure passengers are transported safely and securely at all times.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

About the Position

Lynx Boardman is seeking a dependable, compassionate, and professional NEMT Driver to join our team on a full-time day shift .

The NEMT Driver is responsible for providing safe, reliable, and courteous transportation for patients and clients traveling to and from medical appointments, healthcare facilities, and other approved destinations.

The ideal candidate takes pride in helping others, has excellent customer-service skills, and understands the importance of punctuality, safety, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
