The successful candidate will provide safe, reliable, and courteous transportation for patients and clients traveling to and from medical appointments, healthcare facilities, and other approved destinations.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, takes pride in providing excellent customer service, and can work independently during overnight hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport patients and clients to and from medical appointments and healthcare facilities.
• Provide professional, respectful, and compassionate customer service.
• Assist passengers with entering and exiting the vehicle when appropriate.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and transportation regulations.
• Conduct required vehicle inspections before and after shifts.
• Keep the assigned vehicle clean, safe, and properly maintained.
• Maintain accurate trip, mileage, and transportation records.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, facility staff, patients, and caregivers.
• Follow scheduled routes and arrive at pickup and drop-off locations on time.
• Handle patient information with professionalism and confidentiality.
• Report vehicle issues, accidents, incidents, or safety concerns promptly.
• Remain alert and attentive throughout the entire night shift.
• Perform other transportation-related duties as assigned.
